Juggling mum life, work life and wife life is so hectic! So I’ve decided that a “100 day pure living project” will help me to set goals and stay focused. I want to get the ball rolling and I’m going share my journey with YOU.

clean eating + whole foods, switching to natural/organic skin care + makeup products, low tox living and riding our home of nasty chemicals.
There have been a number of catalysts for this wellness journey – my pregnancy and the birth of my beautiful daughter, living with my husband’s Mastocytosis and working as a Nurse Practitioner switching my focus to health promotion and disease prevention, rather than cure.
I’m just your average working mama who loves her downtime, weekend family breakfast dates and a lazy Sunday on the couch. I have great friends and family that keep me honest over cheese boards, vino and plenty of cups of reheated tea. I struggle with being as fit and active as Id like, I never get to bed early enough and I’m always trying to be more of a morning person!
But I am motivated to make the best, cleanest, healthiest chemical free environment for me and my family and I’m starting now! #100daysofpureliving
